How does the free initial cleanup work?
New qualifying standard residential customers who choose weekly or biweekly recurring service and prepay their first four-week cycle have the initial-cleanup fee waived. Regular recurring charges still apply. Exceptionally large, unsafe or nonstandard properties require an upfront review and quote.
Do I need to be home?
Usually not, as long as we have safe access to the agreed cleanup area and dogs are secured as instructed.
Will I get an exact arrival time?
You'll receive a scheduled service day, but not a guaranteed arrival time or window. We plan to send an on-the-way message when heading to your property.
What happens if my gate is locked?
We'll attempt contact and document the access issue. If it cannot be resolved, the visit generally counts as used. A $10 return trip may be available depending on route capacity.
What if weather prevents service?
Unsafe weather may require a makeup visit or a credit for an unperformed cleanup.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Unused eligible prepaid service is refunded proportionally at the actual amount paid, subject to the full service terms.
Do you offer prepaid savings?
Standard billing is prepaid in four-week cycles. Optional 26-week (5% savings) and 52-week (10% savings) packages are planned, but won't be sold until billing and authorization are confirmed.
